My Role in latest position are :
1. Manage Sea and Land Transportation section under Logistic Department which is providing transportation of all cargos around site including administration, fleet and people to ensure cargo delivery performed safely and timely. This role also included discharging cargo Vessel at Port, loading unloading cargo at Laydown and any other area by using Forklift or Crane.
2. Manage day and night Operation of Lad and Sea Transportation Section
3. Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly report regarding Activities and Operation as well as Cost vs Budget
4. Responsible for the Safe and Cost Effective Operation for all Fleet and People under my Control
5. Provide an Effective Working Roster for Employees to meet with requirement
6. Coordinate with other Departments for continous Improvements on Company Operation
7. Create and Control KPI’s for Performance Measurement
8. Manage Operation vs Maintenance of all Mobile Fleets
9. Manage and Control coordination with Freight forwarder
10. Manage routine coordination meeting with Warehouse and other department to ensure on track operation
11. Ensure smooth operation of Logistic and Fleet Management Department to support freight supply for Operation
