Project CAREM25 Argentine Nuclear Power Plant of Modular Elements / Electrical System Prototype - SMR, BsAs, Argentina Est. Cost 685MM USD. As the primary point of contact for communication with Contractors business owner representatives and design team members, while assisting the project Site Manager in all aspects of a project. Assuming central support functions for the supervision of the Construction Manager with focus on Project and document control (Technical Consultations, presentations, delivery of materials, planning, constructability, logistics, etc.), coordination of subcontractors.
Responsibility for Leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals and interacting directly with clients on all technical aspects of the project, Front End engineering and pre-contract managing, changes management, as well as evaluation technique of suppliers and subcontractors, preparation and review of technical specifications and procedures, technical field solution of problems and interferences found in the Civil Construction of the nuclear power plant. Project Expansion of the Minister Pistarini International Airport - Ezeiza, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Estimated Cost 400 MM dollars in the construction of the “New Road System and Parking of Ezeiza Airport” - Project Management, responsible for the administration of resources and personnel for the construction of 64, 000 m2 of roads and parking, electrical installations, telecommunication facilities and fire installations as part of the airport expansion project. 150 people in charge, 15 machines on 9 simultaneous work fronts.

Oil refinery Brownfield Construction - Responsible of Control Project, Planning, Construction Strategy, H-H Control, Cash Flow, Scope Changes, Certifications, Scheduling, base line, HH control, KPI, performance project evaluation, forecast curve, earned value, certifications, Request for payment execution, project progress supports, monitoring project progress, deviation detection and correction. Time & Scope Control in order to carry out the work with the client requirements, on time and on the cost estimation.
Deep Conversion Project Phase II PLC Refinery Anzoátegui state, Venezuela. Estimated Cost 8.000 MM USD Oil refinery Brownfield and Greenfield Construction - Responsible of Civil Works Management to the Phase II of the project and the Interface coordination between Eng - Const - Proc. Engineering coordination with various discipline Engineers during Feasibility and Concept Optimization Studies, FEED and EPIC, attend and participate in 3D Model reviews to support project requirements as so also Brownfield and Greenfield construction activities coordination.
Deep Conversion project Phase I, PLC Refinery, Anzoategui State, Venezuela. Estimated cost 8, 000 MM USD as superintendent of construction in site preparation project such as relocation of high voltage lines 34.5 Kv / 115 Kv and Fiber optic, Piloting, bridges, dock for extra heavy cargo, relocation of gas pipelines, earth movement (+3, 5 MM m3), drainage channels, slope protection, monitoring the scopel, time and costs, activities of the contractor coordination, obtaining as a result the culmination of the projects mentioned with success, in the schedule, budget and with the quality and security required by PDVSA
Project management to build buildings using Ultimate Building Machines (UBM®), at a national level, responsible for cost management and project scheduling in the engineering and execution phase, estimated cost $ 30 MM USD, procurement of materials and logistics transport, management of a team of UBM ® technicians, civil works personnel and crane operators for the construction of different projects of up to 150 direct people, review of progress reports (physical and financial) weekly / monthly by the supervisors to take the necessary correction decisions, interrelation with the client and direction of the company to interpret and implement their requirements.

Structural Design, Interference verification and resolution, redesign of structural foundations. Project stopped in final stage for contractual disagreement between international partners and PDVSA.

Consortium Concenegro / JGC - JANTESA - VEPICA, Jose, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela, EPC Cerro Negro Up Grader Project. Estimated cost: 780 MM USD. Coordination and supervision of the mechanical, and civil works associated, sewer construction, drainage and fire water system all of the Plant Areas (Carbon Steel pipe). Achieving the project successfully completion on time.
EPC, Petrozuata Vehop Downstream Project. Jose complex in eastern Venezuela. Estimated cost 1000 MM USD. Anzoátegui State, Venezuela. Responsible of Construction of 550.000 m3 Earth moving, 83.000 m3 Reinforced concrete structures, Reinforced concrete pipe and carbon steel pipe installation for sewer system. Achieving the project successfully completion on time, quality and budget.
Portfolio projects management on simultaneous projects construction High Rise Buildings (5 in total) and 65 townhouse urbanism, achieving their total completion on time and budget.
EPC METHANOL I and METHANOL II Gas plants, Jose Petrochemical complex, Project "ADM 024. Electrical underground and civil works associated". Estimated Cost 500 MM USD. Construction Manager in charge of all Wiring and connection of 180 km wire and the installation of the electrical main underground, 34.500 volt and 13.500 volts. Projects successfully finished.
