• Rewarded with the managing of the ABN account globally and successfully delivered new business and contracts extension which saw revenue increase 14% in 2003
• Greenwich Utility was a loss making business and responsibility was given to package up and sell. The buyer was a German Bank

• Responsible for developing the BPO practice within the UK and European market.
• Managed all aspects of the business, people and process, from developing the market offering to delivering the service through shared service centres, joint ventures or equity financing
• Opportunity fell away when AA lost the legal case with Andersen Consulting. IBM made an offer to recruit me as I had worked on some joint initiatives with them over the previous 12 months.

• Lead Executive in Europe for the joint venture business managing JP Morgan's technology environment. Responsible for 480 staff, annual turnover of $105M and Capex of $15M
• Delivered year on year revenue growth of 8%. Managed all communication with Business Heads in New York and London and provided on-going service delivery performance with zero tolerance
• Part of the CSC Pinnacle Global Management Team responsible for developing the business opportunities within the investment banking industry focused on strategy and vision for the future.

• Member of Unisys (Swiss) Management Board. Responsible for managing the Application Management, Outsourcing and related Services business in Switzerland, Austria, Southern Germany. Developed new marketing and sales programmes in line with the European strategy
