3. Build & maintenance of existing LAN based on Windows 2000 and 2003 domain server
•Analyze and resolve problems associated with servers and workstations
•Documentations of the entire network structure
•Necessary changes in the configuration of domains
•Connecting new computers and printers on network
•Resource sharing configuration
4. Client support / Troubleshooting
•Installation of OS and others applications
•Network user management
•File sharing and printing troubleshooting
•Hardware installation and maintenance
•Maintenance of latest virus protection and prevention mechanisms
5. Others
•Development of plans and implementation of the overall strategic goals of an organization’s Management Information System evaluate and recommendation of new structure
•Procurement of all hardware and cable needed including PC component specification and cable lengths
•Co-ordination works or activities with other members of the support staff and the end-user
•Work logically through problems to provide an acceptable solution
•Identification of areas of opportunity and work towards finding effective solution
