Jan 2004 to may2004 worked as a customer support Engr in Alfa consultancey services (compaq hp dealer) RS Puram coimbatore.
June 20004 to november 2004 worked as a customer support Engr in Bloom computer services in coimbatore
May 2001 to Nov 2003 I had been assigned as Support engineer in SCECO In Al-Khobar for HP and Compaq systems. I handling morethen 800 Compaq systems and 400 Hp systems, and TCP/IP print servers and network printers installation and configurations trouble shooting of all sort of software and hardware problems on the network. Install and Configuration and Mail client (MS-Outlook), Mainframe, Antivirus Corpoerativbe edition softwars and etc.
May 1999 to MAY 2001, I had been worked as a Customer support engineer KHALDI ELECTRONICS
CO, Riyadh K.S.A, Install and trouble shoot the problems in systems and netware in the customer places. Also network support in the small businees envirovement.
Aug 1998 to Oct 1998, Worked as a customer support executive in HILINE COMPUTERS INDIA, I attend the day to day customers call, install and config the systems for customer requirement, Done the regular maintaince in the Company clients like Schools and colliges, Install and config the hardwares like network and modem in the customer place
Sep 1995 to March 1998, Worked as a customer support Engr in A-TEAM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Ltd INDIA, I have been handled morethan 100 clients and day to day Customer calls in all over the Erode dist., in TAMIL NADU, also assembling and install the systems to troubleshoot the problem in the customer place.
