My role involves end to end ownership of new store and refurbishment programmes, being involved in ad hoc retail projects and leading internal and external business partners. I provide support and assistance to the project managers and help streamline business processes to increase profit and reduce loss. This role has allowed me to work in a much more challenging business landscape, allowing my project manager skill set to grow.
