Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market trends
Use BI staff to effectively channel resource
Delegate to sales team across Pakistan and ensure acquisition goals are met
Develop plan of action to penetrate market
Develop marketing strategies and create marketing campaigns for product launch
Introduce the venture to potential clients
Develop strategies to successfully close clients
Pitch to potential clients to acquire new business
Facilitate and liaison between client and support teams
Ensure timely conflict management
Address client concerns and queries
Facilitate smooth operation of Client Services
Manage, support and delegate to back-end staff
Ensure logistic harmony and support sales team to meet deadlines
Effectively utilize sales force to ensure smooth acquisition of new business
Identifying new businesses to set up b2b channel
Pitching and setting up partnerships with businesses
Identifying projects which impact communities
Fundraising for the projects
Formalizing volunteer teams and ensuring coordination between the teams
Overseeing finance and budgeting of projects
Execution and management of the projects
