Sales:
Selling the company's products to customers whom include individuals, businesses, and government organizations, within the UAE and internationally (B2B & B2C). Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new businesses. Along with my colleagues I worked to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Executing sales included negotiating on prices, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and concerned managers, negotiating the terms of each agreement, making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations, and closing sales.
Meeting or surpassing sales targets was a major KPI measured monthly, both by revenue and number of wins.
Customers' Relationships Management:
Acting as an interface between Signtrade and its existing and potential markets, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via emails and/or telephone calls to improve business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.
Other activities:
Assisting my colleagues managing inventory by checking the actual quantities of goods in stock, and update the concerned persons (purchase, logistics, and finance departments) as needed, and liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
