Supplier selection, evaluation, and ensure continuity.
During the procurement process of materials and services, to take quotations from minimum three (3) different suppliers and make comparisons.
Ensure that all Procurement will go to proper channels / negotiations before finalizing the Purchase Order.
Check whether the orders were issued in accordance with the contract. If the order prices are not within the contract, to make new unit price control based on the analysis of the materials.
Assisting in drafting purchase order agreements with the vendors
Check the compliance of the companys order processes.

1.Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders, adhering to established protocols to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment.
2.Proactively manage supplier communication, including RFQ, negotiating competitive pricing, and confirming delivery schedules in accordance with business requirements.
3.Maintain accurate inventory levels through meticulous monitoring, participate in physical inventory counts, and ensure comprehensive documentation of all stock movements for optimal inventory control.
4.Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for procurement record-keeping, ensuring accurate filing and readily accessible documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.

6.Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7.Generate insightful reports on key procurement activities, including comprehensive spending analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and inventory level monitoring, to inform strategic decision-making.
8.Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing documents.
