Responsible for generation of maintenance plans and conversion of SAP notification to work
order, monitoring performance and updating the SAP system to ensure the integrity and
operability of asset.
Flow line Asset Registration Services for the Off Plot Delivery Contract.
Liaise with different stake holders to ensure data captured in accordance with the Company
Standards to have an integrated flow line asset registration plans according to the agreed
LEAN process and support in introduction of new functionality to meet business needs.
Processing Z6 requirement to ensure wells are registered in SAP to proceed with
commissioning activity within 6 days of Rig movement.
Train new team members on Information Management deliverables to PDO and contractors.
Regular site visits on Gemba walk with management to check whether contractors are
following the improvements captured in LEAN program.
Attend ODC related Integrated planning meeting to effectively capture all the requirements
as per agreed LEAN process.
Interaction with contractors on aspects of data validation and taking necessary measures
in monitoring the data collection and SAP inputs.
Discuss with TA2 & discipline support engineers in fixing maintenance plan for Electrical,
Mechanical, Static, C&A discipline function locations.
Assess the impact of potential delays of Asset registration to the changes in rig sequence
and propose a way forward.
Plan Asset Registration process for Projects, prepare templates in advance and follow with
site teams for vendor details.
Follow up with Discipline CDFP (Corporate Discipline Focal Point) for approval of
Notifications on Quality of Data as well as approval of Maintenance Plan.
Communicate with Management Team and report on the updated status of the Asset
Registration of Wells & Project as well as discuss the issues handled with solutions.
Actively participate in Pre-start up audits and present SAP-PM status of Project and
measures considered for SCE/non-SCE items as per Shell/PDO Standards.

Handling Client Meetings on Turn over for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC,
Instrumentation and final check of documents according to contract specifications & ITP for
completion of the Project.
Cross check the inspected check records of maintenance for Civil Buildings, HVAC as well
as Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation devices according to contract specifications &
ITP.
Discuss with Project Management Team to complete the construction issues after review
of the reports from client i.e., under wish list of the Project Contract.
Co-ordinate in clearing punch items for each subsystem for the project completion.
Communicate to the Project Management Team and report on the updated status of the
system completions and coordinate for arranging Walk Through.

 Handling Client Meetings on Turn over, Punch List and Loop Status.
 Responsible for all the documentation works related to system turnover for Electrical &
Instrumentation.
 Supervising the Preparation and execution of all the electrical and instrumentation packages
such as Instrument loop package, JB Packages, Motor test packages, lighting panel test
packages etc for completion of Construction and Maintenance of the Project.
 Co-ordinate in clearing punch list for each subsystem for the project completion.
 Issuing Number for Potential Deviation Notice (PDN), review the drawings and discuss with
Construction Management team and vendors for completion of the project
 Complete plan and schedule for Electrical and Instrumentation pre-commissioning work,
Inspection and Testing
 Oversaw all aspects of Instrumentation and Electrical documentation including, System
packages and Loop & Function test documentation.
 Prepare & submit weekly and monthly accomplishment report to Project Management Team
for the successful completion of Project.
