OFFICE MANAGEMENT: Manage very busy executive offices and update the management with day-to-day activities. Handle tasks independently within the authority limits with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality on business and private matters. Interact with clients, executives and senior members of staff at all levels. Review all documentations (financial and other business related) for senior management approval. Delegate documents within authority limits to the concern executives for further review and action; constant follow-up and reminders with department executives and external business contacts; ensuring easy execution of work and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision, preparation of weekly and monthly progress meeting’s agenda in coordination with senior management team and department executives. Looking after personal and business matters; writes memos, letters and reports using MS Office applications. Ensure the accurate arrangements of management business missions, such as: conferences, seminars, off-site meetings as well as hotels and air-tickets reservations worldwide and other necessary travel arrangements, organizing events.
ADMINISTRATION: Resolve routine administrative problems and answer inquiries to the management concerning activities and operations of department/division; maintain log of inquiries on various matters as required by the management. Monitor the premises facilities to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained. Responsible for the maintenance of all premises owned and leased by the Company; oversee the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Handling all payments and transactions to the suppliers; handling petty cash for miscellaneous. Dealing with contractors and suppliers; ensure the efficient and effective operation of the workforce and department/division activities; make sure of proper maintenance of office equipment by the suppliers; responsible for the maintenance of vehicles; manage the performance of office aides, mail room staff, security staff, maintenance staff, messengers, tea boys and drivers. Dealing with all foreign embassies; develop and maintain good relationship to execute and ease work demands.

RECRUITMENT (Headhunting & Executive Search):
As a recruiter the market knowledge and ability to understand the industry and identify competitors, pay rates and to keep side by side of recruitment trends, confidence in my ability and knowledge, if I feel the recruitment process in not being followed, I normally challenge it, to all levels within the business. Ability to articulate conversations with senior level management and line managers and learn to work in partnership with them rather than having a directive relationship, build a working relationships for future recruitment needs of core and challenging positions with different sourcing channels.
• Perform search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria.
• Work closely with line/hiring managers across the business; ensure to successfully take in a brief on qualification, experience and skills to measure the caliber and competence of candidates against strict requirements and briefs provided.
• Sourcing and Identifying potential candidates using in house recruitment system, database, social media, networking, external job boards, cold calling, referrals, company website and HEADHUNTING, in accordance with the recruitment standards to close the job request as per agreed lead time.
• Providing shortlists of candidates that have been pre-screened to the Department/Line managers.
• Initial interviews, reference check and shortlist candidates
• Acting as the main point of contact for the business.
• Updating and maintaining job postings on in house Recruitment System and external portals.
• Helping the business areas in drafting and preparing job descriptions of open positions.
Attended a Management training program - Journey to Excellence “Exceeding Customer Expectations”
Passed the Intermediate Examination held in April 1980 and was placed in second divison.
Privately appeared for Secondary School and passed the examination in second division with English as the medium of instruction.
