• Worked as a Customer Support Executive in HSBC \[HDPI\] for an International Wealth Management/HSBC Expat (Investment Banking), from Dec 2012 to April 2014.

Job Profile:
➢ To open new Investment account or add investment to the existing account of the client for HSBC.

➢ Reviews for completeness Relationship Memos and Matrices for new clients to ensure that documentation reflects all mandatory client information.

➢ Ensuring Client Advisors/Trust Administrators/ Private Financial Advisors are completing and complying with BSA/KYC and regulatory requirements and corroboration of information is evident for any new account, new relationship or prior to any maintenance being performed on an account.

➢ Responsible to handle all the Client requests received from Financial Planning Manager (FPM) regularly from different regions.

➢ Placing the deals with the respective Product Providers (PP), which the customer chooses to invest with. Dealing with Outstanding received from FPM, PP or from the Business area on a priority basis.

➢ Dealing with generic email ID on a timely basis to avoid any kind of delay in the process.

➢ Conducts World Check and occasionally performs data mining as needed to address any concerns. Scan all pertinent names identified in Client Profiles in order to clear any PEP/High Risk association or derogatory information that may affect Banks risk.

➢ Handling queries of the team, Liaising with the business area, Cascading process updates and Ensure the Process Level Agreements (PLA's) of 24 hours are met on a daily basis.

➢ Works for HSBC Jersey (UK), HSBC Hong Kong, HSBC South Africa and HSBC Dubai Rep Offices, as there are only 4 Rep Offices from where we get the business.
