Key’s Responsibilities
Assisting with the day to day operations of the HR department.
Being the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries, administration and correspondence.
Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee's personal file.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Managing attendance records and the overall sickness administration of the company.
Prioritizing and managing own workload without supervision.
Handling staff enquiries on a daily basis.
Talking to both existing and potential employees on a daily basis.
Writing individual non-standard letters and emails to employees.
Ensuring that all Employees are following company’s Rules and procedures regarding vacation, leaves and Financial claims etc.
Reconcile, adjust & maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expenses.
Handling the daily petty cash.
Prepare debtors listing & constantly follow up for payments.
Handling all Purchases related in the hotel
Assist with closing the book & producing monthly profit & loss statement.
Responsible for payroll monthly journal entries & reconciling monthly reports.
Compile enter & payroll related payable loan & receivable etc.
Perform other related duties as assigned or request.
