- Leading and managing the Mechanical Maintenance activities of the Rotating Equipment at Habshan & Bab Plant.
- Leading a team of Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Supervisors and Mechanical Technicians.
- Managing and supervise the activities of the personnel and resources of the Section to achieve the objectives in an efficient and cost-conscious manner.
- Developing and manage the implementation of consistent and realistic operational plans for the Section.
- Contribute to the development of the business processes and operating procedures
- Compiling and provide input for preparation of the budgets and regularly monitor expenditure against approved the Section budget level.
- Investigating, highlighting and reconciling any significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control.
- Ensuring the implementation and continuously monitor the achievement of the Section KPIs.
- Supporting the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, systems and controls.
- Preparing all Section management information systems and progress reports to provide accurate and timely reports.
- Ensuring implementation of preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown and modular shutdown maintenance programs and modifications for enhanced machine availability and assets integrity.
- Participation, coordination and managing all activities of multi discipline projects from initial to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise the development of tender documentation for selection of the Engineering Consultant and Contractors
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of work performed licensors, engineering and EPC contractors.
- Ensuring projects execution as per project schedule.
- Certifying Contractors invoices and endorse for payment.
- Review cost variations and provide recommendation and trends to Management.
- Monitoring and managing project completion punch list and ensuring that all construction and commissioning activities are completed and accepted.
- Preparing the Scope of work from initial stage.
- Preparing yearly capital and operating budget while monitoring the financial performance.
- Identifying bottlenecks and recommends corrective action while ensuring the completion of the project.
- Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project.
- Prepare project estimates, budget schedules and execution plans.
- Ensure safety and QA/QC programs are established by all parties.

- Implementation of various project-PCR (Plant Change Request) phases, such as: feed detailed engineering, construction and commissioning.

- Act as a focal point at site level between the Project Management Team, end user and EPC contractors to facilitate proper progress of the project.
- Act as project coordinator whilst dealing with different departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Control and Instrument)
- To ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies.
- Developing tender documents through engineering consultant and contractor with emphasis on technical bid evaluation in relation to site arrangement and overall logistics.

- Ensure equipment assets are maintained safely with minimum downtown time and optimum cost.
- Prepare yearly and prepare a five year maintenance plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve chronic problems by root cause failure analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and Services Company.
- Involved in commissioning and plant startup.
- Prepare scope of work, execute and follow up for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services and refurbishment work.

in Electronic-Lab support, Mechanic shop, stores, Gunshop and Sonde shops.
Attended logging job in onshore site.
