Project progress control, ensuring resources availability. Assisting in the identification and resolution of project scope, budget, and schedule issues, preparation and maintenance of project control records, project insurances and claims. Identifying project materials and fast track delivery by collaborating with suppliers and other departments, monitoring individual and group performances. Controlling and monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc. Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring. Perform technical and commercial review of subcontractor’s quotations for the preparation of agreements. Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work. Attend project meetings and discussions with the clients.

Materials & Method Statement Submission. In-house/ Factory and independent laboratory inspections. Quality Plan management, Project coordination, material procurement and inspections for the following projects:-
Sewerage projects with Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company (ADSSC)
Traffic control with Department Of Transport (DoT)
AGL Lights, Baggage handling system and Flood light installation at Abu Dhabi Intr. Airport. with ADAC

Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiers. Provide progress information for incorporation into project reports. Monitor concrete, soil, hydro static pressure test, and deflection and factory tests. Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QC manager. Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the site QC inspectors. Provide progress data to the planning and scheduling department. NDM designing and execution. Coordinating with Abu-Dhabi Traffic department and Abu-Dhabi Municipality Central Lab for road works, Construction in charge of all activities like bore piles, temporary & permanent sheet pilling, concrete structure, flap valve, trash screen installation, fencing and other related activities to the construction of deep Sea Outfall Structure

Concrete Laboratory/Plant in charge (2 Years)
All sorts of Concrete, aggregate and concrete admixtures in-house/Site testing. Concrete batching according to the approved mix designs. Arranging material and distributing orders and equipment to different plants
Sales & Production in charge (1 year)
Concrete Sales responsibilities, orders processing and delivery to the site. Quality and quantity controller at site, coordination with customers for better supply and to achieve maximum production in minimum time. Site management of vehicles and equipment.
