Implementation & Administration of:
● Windows® Domain (Domain Controller management, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory administrator, implementing the required business needs using group policy and system tools).
● Proxy Servers setup and support, taking security precautions and following internet setup best practices, giving authorized access and making different internet user profiles (according to each user group's internet needs).
● Zylab® support (Archiving System).
● SysAid™ administrator (Helpdesk and asset management system).
● Deep Freeze® administrator (System Configuration Optimization).
● Microsoft® Windows® Server Update Services (Critical Patch and Updates Management Solution).
● Print and File Server.
● Performing regular server Backup, disaster recovery and restoring full operation and functionality.
● Supporting the following software platforms:
● IBM® Lotus Notes (Office mail system).
● IBM Personal Communications (Mainframe communications system).
● Software AG Entire connection (Mainframe communications system).
● ADOC AIRNAV (Maintenance manuals central access point services).
● SITA (Global Information and communication Solutions).
● Praim Thin Client Solutions.
● All Microsoft® Operating Systems.
● All end-user oriented desktop applications.
In charge of the following tasks:
● Computer detaching and assembling.
● Software & hardware troubleshooting.
● Network implementation.
● Repairing various electronic machines.
● Enhancing security, using antivirus consoles to centrally manage client deployments and supervise attacks.
● Using patch management software, deploying patches and updates for OS embedded modules and stand-alone as well.
● Performing regular server backup, disaster recovery and restoring full operation and functionality.
