1. Working as Quality Head in ISO 9001:2015 certified company, reporting to CEO.
2. Ensure feed recipes, to check all standard levels of vitamins, minerals etc. in all feeds.
3. To ensure the compatibility of formulated feed/Premix recipes versus lab results, and to
ensure company standards for Poultry Feeds (Broiler, layer, Quail, Pigeon), Cattle &
Camel Feeds (Fattening and dairy) Sheep & Goat Feeds.
4. To perform and evaluate various R&D procedures (from various changes in our Raw
materials to Milling Process) to improve Feed Quality and outside Farmers Feedback,
especially for our Export Feeds.
5. To check all the quality parameters from Raw material inspection to finished products
and in between ‘production process line’ (by coordinating with production and Stores).
6. Daily check on Dosing activities of PLC for Production of feeds.
7. Supervision of all the QC laboratory generation including sampling, all chemical Tests
and operation, maintenance and calibrations of equipment’s.
8. Successfully decrease the budget of Laboratory without compromising on Quality tests
(with automated analysis techniques)
9. Review stores/Purchase reports to check Raw material usage as per forecast, versus,
new Raw material arrival’s schedule.
10. Working as ISO 9001:2015 internal audit team members.
11. Prepare report with any instances of non-conformance in quality of Raw materials
materials and Finished Feed products and take appropriate corrective action in production and procurement process to avoid in future
