01. Issuance of normal current telephone bills as well as defaulter bills for recovering current& pending dues of company.
02. Issuance of Corporate letters against corporate govt, private, semi govt, autonomous bodies in steps involved in reconciliation with the passage of time to time.
03. Generating the defaulter’s addition through e-reports for further disposed of to Pakistan Post Foundation in contrast to release the defaulter notices against un-paid customers for recovering the bed debts & win back the valued customers offering through discount allowed as per SOP.
04. Matching activity through internal team leader of Credit Section engages into making calls towards isolated customers & welcomes the willing to continue the customer with entire customer’s satisfaction about services rendered by the company.
05 Preparing the periodical reports i.e.; monthly collection reports in the format of Journal Vouchers, Staff performance in recovery collection reports, while dealing HR issues based on the managerial theories, excellent experience in personnel training, team building and leadership.
06. Mobilization of relevant & redundant all staff into defaulter’s market with positive response with visible support through credit section.
06. Generating the NTC (New Telephone Connection) installed report from E-reports for detecting the live accounts against defaulted LIEUs through matching activity in DMS (Defaulter Management System Software) within SOP traced numbers against defaulter’s premises are being disconnected.
07. Distribution of defaulter bill register among Business Managers for deploying operational staff in connection to work maximum on the isolated customers, same staff (TRIs) telephone recovery inspectors of Credit Management Centre are being deployed into defaulter’s segment for recovery & win back customers.
08. Prompt & effective communication between zonal level internal managers of company for preparing consolidated financial reports tallying with online collections of valued paid customers through nominated Bank branches & making compliance for casing the gap between client to company.
09. Spotlighting on the internal work on staff regarding verification in billings correction, payment posting in BnCC, erasing the double times punching if any made by team leader, identifying the errors & omission made by staff.

10. The reconciliation is major task assigned in which since of working as Revenue officer cum Assistant Manager in Credit Management Centre with effective from 2008 to till date, accumulated 57 millions bed debts through SDLC of credit management centre.
