Human Resources

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions
Manage job postings and candidate selection processes
Coordinate interviews and make hiring decisions

Payroll
Processing payroll for employees
Maintaining accurate employee records and files
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handling employee inquiries and providing support
Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Preparing and distributing payroll reports to management
Collaborating with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Staying updated on payroll laws and regulations

Employee Engagement
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Conduct employee surveys and analyze results
Plan and execute team building activities and events
Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts

Learning and Development
Identify training and development needs for employees
Create and implement training programs
Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback
Identify and implement opportunities for career growth and development

Personnel Management
Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Administer benefits and compensation programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management systems
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Identify and address performance issues and provide coaching and training
Develop and implement employee recognition programs

HR Administration
Maintain HR databases and systems
Generate HR reports and analyze data
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and laws
Representing the company in HR-related legal matters
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for HR initiatives

Policy Development and Implementation
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Communicate and train employees on new policies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Employee Relations
Act as a liaison between employees and management
Facilitate communication between employees and management
Handle employee complaints and mediate conflicts
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

HR Analytics
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management
Use data to inform decision making and improve HR processes
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends


Office Management


Administrative Support
Oversee daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Plan and organize travel arrangements
Handle employee inquiries and provide support
Financial Management
Process invoices and payments
Track and report expenses to senior management
Assist with financial planning and forecasting
Facilities Management
Ensure the office space is safe, clean, and well-maintained
Oversee maintenance and repairs
Coordinate office renovations and upgrades
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
Event & Occasion Planning
Organize and coordinate company events and meetings
Provide support during events, such as taking notes and managing attendees
