• Management of Road Construction Equipment (Dozers, Excavators, Dump Truck, Wheel Loader, Motor Grader, Rollers, Cranes, Concrete Mixers, Concrete pumps etc.).
• Monitoring and Management of operators / drivers.
• Management and Schedule, Shifting of Equipment from one to another Project / site.
• Monitoring and Management of Operators / Drivers Annual / Emergency leaves.
• To ensure preparation and follow up of Accident Reports.
• To ensure Evaluation / Accountability of Equipment available on Sites
• Conduct meetings with operation in-charges and maintenance engineer’s at least once a month.
• To ensure equipment daily, weekly and monthly serviceability / breakdown reports.
• Management of operation in-charges working on sites.
• Annual evaluation of operation in-charges working on sites.
• Liaise internally with the Heads of Administration, Production and Project Management.
• To ensure implementation of company policies and introduce new procedures for betterment of the Equipment Sector (Mechanical department)
• To ensure and Implementation of Log Book System (Eqpt.Time sheets).
• To co-ordinate with all concerned departments for utilization of Equipment safely and smooth operation.
• Supervision / Monitoring of Corrective / Preventive Maintenance of Equipment.
• Supervision of Workshop for Maintenance.
