Review of Saudi Aramco inspection check ( SAIC) lists as per contract cutoff date.
Review of Quality Procedures.
Preparing of Batch plant and concrete mix design package for Aramco approval.
Preparing and maintaining of Quality records.
Monitoring of site civil activates and preparing of inspection documents.
Issue the surveillance reports / Proactive notifications to notify construction team to avoid violation after fact.
Preparing and submission of RFIs to project certification department as per Quality Control Requirement (QCR).
Monitoring the ongoing daily inspections.
Witnessed civil testing at site and in 3rd party laboratory.
Coordination with field QC inspectors and main contractor Quality personal to solve the Quality issue on daily basis.
Monitoring, replying and updating the NRCs and Log Book entries.
Preparing the weekly and monthly reports to submit to client.
Updating and monitoring the certification for the completion of the project.
Coordination with Construction, main contractor and client to close the PMCC punch items.
Monitoring and closing of punch items and coordination with client.
Preparing of handing Project Handing over documents.
