Using ERP system to add & deduct salarIes according to the staff overtime, absences, or renwal transmittal.
- Working with multiple medical insurances platforms.
- Contacting with Doctors, Pharamcisits, Supervisors, and patients regarding the medical needs required to fulfill the patients’ necessities.
- Being familiar with procedures required to request approvals and dealing with any rejections or pending requests with the medical insurances representatives either face to face or via emails.
