- • Develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company’s mission and values.
• Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies and relevant external regulations .
• Supervise and lead the HR teams by establishing responsibilities and periodic tasks along with tracking the progress of the team's deliverables.
• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
• Negotiate with insurance providers and brokers for medical, and risk insurances.
• Manage to reservation for business trips with the travel agency (airline tickets).
• Manage the recruitment team in all phases of the hiring process and assist with posting job ads, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding new employees as needed.
• Work with higher management to assess our company’s hiring needs .
• Communicate with recruitment agency.
• Sourcing employment application and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
• Handle oversee recruitment and hiring process.
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage individual staff rights and entitlements, including salaries and allowances as well as the administration of employment contracts and procedures related to staff taking up duties, probationary periods, contract renewals and end of service.
• Process Company payroll every pay period.
• Handle all termination and registration process.
• Manage health and life insurance programs.
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
• Manage and supporting procedures related to staff working conditions, time management, leave and absences.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
