As a humanitarian worker with non-goververmental organization my responsibilities are:
- Household Visits & Monitoring, Shops Monitoring, Food Distribution (e-card distributions for the Syrian refugees in south lebanon), focus group discussions with the refugees, Preparing Shop Lists & distribution lists, answering hotlines, sending SMSs for the refugees, responsible for the Social Safety Net Program (excluded families), reporting (weekly and monthly reports).
- Data entry (households, shops, phone registry), filing, typing
- Households and Social Safety Net Focal Point (at the distribution site & on the household level).
- Coordination with the municipalities and the host community.
I have a Diploma in Business Administration From Sibin Training Centre. I got during my courses alot of courses like: communication, accounting, managment, typing, ICDL, business law, microeconomic, macroeconomic, marketing, human resource management, statistics, finance, english... Also, am studying Sociology in the Lebanese University till present.
