o Coordinating between supplier, users, and QP’s fright forwarder/inspection parties
o Conduct meeting with all concerns to discuss the performance of suppliers.
o Utilising SAP for updating, checking and reporting
o Expediting the adherence to the specification and terms of QP purchase orders.
o Expediting the Payment of QP purchase orders.
o Handling all correspondent with all the P.O parties
