• Manage satisfaction and / engagement surveys
• Monitor and analyze the performance trends to determine the required development to achieve the organization goals

• Managing the automation requirements for the department in cooperation with the Software department
• Going over products and services development procedures to identify the discrepancy from quality standards
• Apply and develop Development programs processes
• Managing the weekly reporting analysis across department (IT, Operation, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Treatment Planning)
• Managing the monthly report across departments (IT, Operation, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Treatment Planning)
• Supervision over the Juniors within the department, including guidance, support and performance management
• Performance management reporting across departments
• Training for the newly hired QC analyst
• Handling daily tasks including Sales KPi(S), Treatment Planning KPI(S) Operation KPI(S)
• Managing Workflow for the cases
• Reporting the discrepancy within the workflow
• Handing customer inquiries for Canadian clients over the phone
• Supporting junior waves within the account
