• BMPCC and Production Planning liaison in order to make tools released and available to the Engineers at QE VVIP operations on time before check
• Transfer Orders in order to replenish stock and check on for the frequent used spares to maintain the stock level in order to save time
• Planning all materials required for checks currently happening at base or outstation for VIP Fleet.
• Liaising with outstation body for Qatar Executive aircrafts station outside base for all Unserviceable and unused spares to maintain accurate records on stock.
• Unserviceable Units forwarding to get the orders done and for further process as mentioned and advise by Maintenance
• Study on Aircraft IPC and CMM reference in order to make proper units effective for respective fleet on advice by engineers to run smooth and accurate operations.
• Follow-ups with the respective workshops to get the spares serviced as per requirements
• Order receiving for all the spares coming to QE VVIP operations from other respective stores.
• Liaison with the Purchase and AOG Team in order to meet the AOG requirement for the maintenance to have smooth operations on time
• Informing purchase team for the No Stock and Nil Stock spares stand in need for servicing VVIP Aircrafts precisely
• Monitor and ensure the availability of all preloaded spares, materials in Hangar and Line store to perform scheduled, unscheduled and defect rectification task
