- Handling the Purchase Orders for Saleable & Non-Saleable products for UAE, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait (apprx 70 stores).
- Handling the budget of Non-Saleable items (Stationery, printing materials, Uniforms, machines...etc).
- Handling the spare parts & special orders for UAE, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait.
- Handling all Out/In bound shpts from origin to final destination for UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain, using all freight modules (Air, Sea & Land).
- Handling the Domestic distribution, transportation & the milk run between sites-sites & sites-warehouse.
- Checking all the invoices related to Freight & Customs.
- SAP user to create, adjust, deleting POs and many other functions related to logistics & warehousing.
- Follow up the KPI's for logistics & warehouse teams.

- Select and purchase the Gulf (UAE & KSA) stock.
- Handle the shipments from door to door.
- Do all communication and prepare all the required docs and follow up with the forwarder, customs, stock managing and distribution trucks.
- Get the sales reports from the sales location to study and analyze, to prepare the perfect stock moving between the stores.
- Follow up all the stores maintenance.
- Give advices and follow up all advertising, media planning and merchandising.
- Assisted in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Played an active role in cash flow management and principals of reporting.
-Worked as supervisor on trucks
-Supervised loading the trucks, their transportations among the Dubai Locations and the accounts of these trucks.
- Handling the import freight, and the local delivery.
