Administration
➢ Assist HR Manager for developing and analyzing business plan to current and future finance status of the company.
➢ Attend the management meetings and report a presentation on the progress of the company, future organization plans.
➢ Attend the client meeting together with HR Manger on various business activities.
➢ Coordinate with clients for business issues and requirements.
➢ Handles all administrative matters related to employees such as leaves, allowances, accidents and sickness, absenteeism, accommodation, transportation, disputes/grievances and maintains personnel files.
➢ Make sure all the staffs of Head Office are reporting to duty in time and checking daily attendance and initialing.
➢ Prepares correspondence in English. Prepares templates of standard letters and monitors correspondence prepared by the Administrative Assistance to ensure adherence to Company Standards.
Public Relation Officer: ➢ Knowledge in UAE Labor Law
➢ Knowledge and experience in Labor Department, Economic Department, and emigration department.
➢ Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministry of Labor, Emigration, Municipality, Chamber, Etisalat, Emirates Post Office, ADWEA & other significant Departments, Etc.
➢ Arrangements and checking Documents properly before leaving to emigration, municipality or economic departments for PRO works
➢ Arrangements for Medical Test for new and renewal employees
➢ Arrangements for new and renewal for visa, labor card, license, insurance, Emirates ID and other related works
➢ Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
➢ Coordinate with HR Departments
➢ Follow-up and coordinate with PRO Typists for the documents
➢ Organize periodic renewal of Licenses, Visa, Labor Card, Insurance, Emirates ID
➢ Arrangement for cancelation of visa, labor card.
