Assess various internal and external constraints and provide recommendations for project approval decisions. This includes support in analyzing study outcomes, conducting industry reviews, and performing comprehensive market research and surveys.

• Equity Analysis: Provide guidance on private and public equity analysis for financial reporting and fairness opinion purposes, along with related advisory services.

• Comprehensive Financial Studies and Forecasts: Conduct detailed financial studies and statistical forecasts that evaluate potential investments and divestitures, as well as general economic outlooks relevant to financial performance, including the company’s share price.

• Analytical Reporting: Prepare analytical reports for clients across various industries to assess fair selling prices.

• Research and Development Activities: Conduct research and development activities, making detailed observations, analyzing data, compiling results, and preparing technical reports that document findings.

• Integrated Financial Projections: Develop comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, projections, and reports while identifying trends and developments in competitive environments, then present key findings to senior management.

• Tax Law Interpretation: Interpreting tax laws and regulations to provide creative, value-added recommendations for client tax planning and business/tax transactions.

• Tax Planning and Advisory Services: Providing tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to major foreign companies operating in Kuwait.

• Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax declarations in compliance with the Kuwait Income Tax Law.

• Zakat and NLST Compliance: Preparing and reviewing Zakat and NLST declarations for local shareholding companies.

• Client Relationship Management: Building broader working relationships with clients.

• Ministry of Finance Coordination: Following up with the Kuwait Ministry of Finance (MOF) on various projects and interacting with tax officials, inspectors, and Heads of Departments.
