• Independently managing the Alshaya Leadership Development Program (ALP) across all the Middle East
• Working with senior leaders (VPs and Presidents) helping them to identify development areas and provide the right solutions for their divisions

• Part of the KSA HR team addressing and solving Saudi employee’s retention challenges
• Created the framework for Alshaya academy management program
• Created training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives
• Acting as performance and learning and development consultant within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding performance development and training and development plans
• Supported multiple markets e.g. UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain by running training sessions and programs in these markets
• Led the Project Management Initiative between 2014-2016 and conducted project management training across Alshaya (The Middle East) to embed project management approach. This project has introduced new ways of working using new project management tools across different divisions e.g. Customer Service, Food Division, HR
• Managed a team of training officers in Kuwait and Lebanon to provide L&D services for more than 10, 000 employees
• Successfully launched the new management program for the area managers
• Supported HR team to build Alshaya Competency Framework
• Built relationships with 3rd party training providers
• In charge of the “TNA” process for all businesses across Alshaya
• In charge of all “Technical Training” for Alshaya including more than 31 systems
• Consulted with business stakeholders (internal & external) to identify development needs and build training programs that are aligned to business objectives
• Designed the Management Development Program for Alghanim Industries Managers
• Designed several courses e.g. Problem Solving & Decision Making and Negotiation Skills for Managers of Kuwait Petroleum Company and Kuwait Fund
• Designed and delivered the mentoring program (ILM 3) for Khafji Joint Operations and Equate
• Coached managers from different industries e.g. Oil & Gas, Retail, Engineering
• Led the nationalization training program
• Delivering trainings in Kuwait, Egypt & UAE.
