• Set recruitment objectives for each employment level.
• Translate manpower plans and manpower needs to recruitment plans.

• Network with recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate & conduct training for company participants.
Performance Improvement
• Develop & Implement first year appraisal system.
• Educate and support managers in coping with performance issues.
• Counsel new recruits through performance.
• Establish performance measurement timetable and communicate.
Recruitment & Selection
• Identify Potential Sources for Recruitment.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns.
• Network with Universities, Recruitment Agencies and Media to communicate our requirements.
• Establish the Internet as a new source for recruitment and evaluate the current sites.
