Handel all charter flights with different procedure from one to one.
Communicating with the flight deck crew.
Add to all the tasks start from our briefing to debriefing.
New experience with our new section in business class since 2013.

Connecting with all departments in airport to provide the passengers the best service, which we can do.
Train them on manual system in case of system down or any problem technical.
Sometimes replacement for airline staff if we have shortage on them and do their tasks as check the flight refueling arrange the carting as per passengers boarded and arrange load sheet add to a lot of tasks more.
