- Implement and maintain the project management processes and knowledge areas throughout the project life cycle of the project
- Develop realistic and sufficient project management plan (PMP) and baselines.
- Execute, monitor & control and close-out the project according to the PMP
- Develop schedule, budget, quality, plan communications and stakeholder engagement
- Perform risk identification, analyse qualitative and quantitative risk, and keep the team members focused on the risk management and possible responses to the risks.
- Manage, evaluate and close procurements, including other quantity surveying tasks.

- Gather, measure, analyse and determine variances, and recommend corrective and preventive actions and defect repair, and inform stakeholders of all changes request results.
- Monitor and control project cost management plan using trends and practices including the expansion of Earned Value Management (EVM) and the concept of Earned scheduled (ES)
- Chair and administrate kick-off and progress meetings with all project stakeholders and coordinate their requirements and ensure the project deliverables are in compliance with the project management plan and the project charter.
- Recurrently briefing throughout executive, monthly, weekly or other reporting forms to the project
- Perform project closing and compare its results to the project management plan and gather final lessons learned and update knowledge bases.

- Implement new construction market survey and find/evaluate new suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Conduct procurement planning and insure ordering and delivering the materials/works on time.
