1- Make sure smooth flow of 300 MBS trucks from border to offloading and loading point and making sure trucks do not delay in DRC for more than 20 days
2- Controlling DRC petty cash
3- Following up delays with customs and clearing agent when it comes to truck declaration and resolve problems
4- Send daily report to South Africa Management \{ tracking, delays, breakdowns \}
5- Following up with drivers need and dispatch all truck with money
6- Following up breakdowns and sourcing spare parts from other countries if needed
7- Following up on collection of POD's and send them to management so they can invoice the client in time with no delays
