I currently work as the director of the unconditional cash transfer program since it was established in the Social Fund for Development in May 2021. It is the largest unconditional cash transfer program in Yemen and funded by the World Bank. The program provides unconditional cash transfers to approximately 1.5 million vulnerable families, and the benefit of the assistance reaches to 9 million people, the scope of the program reaches all districts of Yemen. The program’s activities are implemented in partnership with UNICEF, where 3 payment cycles are implemented each year, and the average amount of each disbursement cycle is 55 million dollars. The program succeeded in implementing 7 payment cycles since its establishment until September 2023. The program contributed to developing work mechanisms, facilitating access, developing the service, and protecting the rights of beneficiaries from exploitation.
Social fund for Development (Amran Branch Manager )
I am responsible for management and supervision the SFD branch which include more than 20 Project Officers staff. Implement the Branch of more than 200 projects each year in education, water and environment, training and institutional support, rural roads, cultural heritage, health and social protection sectors. I set up the annual plan and monitoring its implementation. And designing programs and evaluate it periodically. The highest reports to the Executive Director.

Planning and design engineer in the Urban Development .
I enrolled in studies at the International Training Center in partnership with the University of Turin, Italy, in November 2022 and completed the two phases of distance learning and in-person study. My graduation thesis will be sent during November 2023 and I will receive a master’s degree in Management of Development, My final paper about Investigating the Impacts of conflict and climate change crisis of drinking water resources at Amran Governorate in Yemen

I maintain one of the first secondary school certificate examination, obtained a scholarship funded by the Government of Yemen, studied civil engineering at Almostansiriyah University in Baghdad, there has been ranked number five of the first graduates .
