Construction of F.O Offices, Rehabilitation and Replacement of Hydraulic structures including Vertical falls, Glacis falls, Head Regulators, Head cum Cross Regulators, Escape Channels, Warden Houses, Huge Earth Work on canals, Canal P.C.C Lining and Fixing of new R.C.C outlets, Development of Inspection and non inspection Paths, As per need rehabilitation or raising of road or patches of it, new construction of culverts, Construction of Cattle Ghats, Cattle baths, Bathing Station, Construction of weir, Construction of retaining walls, Bed fixers etc
I have been good in construction supervision as a team leader by managing team and solve technical issues confronted during execution of work. Once I was doing job as a junior engineer at a project a part of this project was out of control due to some technical problems and local issues also threats from site were a lot. A.R.E and R.E of project were exhausted due to frequent and continuous problems raising. A.R.E was reluctant to go at this part of project. Meanwhile i was promoted to resolve issues and overcome the technical and local problems raised at regular intervals. I took the responsibility started working with problems and i was successful with in two months to overcome all technical and locals created problem. After this success there was a prize for me of salary increment, it was unforgettable moment for me and i was successful
