• Prepare the company's P&L account and Balance Sheet on monthly on IFRS basis. Conducted Reconciliation of the company's operational Bank Accounts, Payroll, Inventory, Inter Divisions, Suppliers and Debtors, etc.
• Monitor the system of purchases and payment to the suppliers.
• Monitor and regulate the working capital requirements of the company.

• Introduce and implement proper costing systems and procedure for the company to ascertain the unit cost for each job and for the total monthly production.WPS and Payroll management and look into other HR work also depend upon requirement.
• Identified areas for cost reduction, implemented cost controls & developed cost reduction strategy. Monitor production wastage and report it on a timely basis for efficiency & productivity
Identify slack items and arrange their disposal at a fair market value and advise the management accordingly.
• Register new accounts for prospective Customers in accordance with the Company's credit policy by investigating their credit- worthiness through examining the customer financial statements to determine their ability of repaying debts.
• Review monthly the nearby expiry contracts on the basis of their current financial & payment history.
• Examine extension of credit facility to customers based on their sales volume & payment history.
• Setting up credit and Discount note policies along with the coordination between the sales team & higher management approval. Arrange Weekly meetings with the recovery & sales teams to properly smooth the workflow for achieving the stated targets.
