Working for kinki sharyo (Japan) train.. Maintainance.
Worked as a quality control for vehicles parts.
•Ensuring the components are as per the Machine drawing.
Checking of Bearings with different gauges as machined as per dimensions.
•Reaching the daily targets as per production plan.
•Working on CNC machine for interior & exterior grinding.
•Rockwool India ltd - as DET & Line supervisor.
•Ensuring responsibility for the breakdown & faults in the shift.
•Worked on mechanical conveyors, pumps, cupola Furnace and its UV testing.
•Working on Curing Machine, Flying saws, centrifugal Blower for its maintenance.
•Worked on Cummins 625 kva Diesel Engines.
•Worked & have good exposure on Pneumatic & hydraulic systems. Specially in Power packs.
•Preparation of documents for ISO & 5S audits.
•Making of roasters, handling of manpower in shift.

•Got promoted from DET to Line supervisor.
•L & T Hyderabad metro rail as Rolling stock Technician.
Working on - Rolling stock systems, trouble shooting by TIMS with RTDM data.
Systems are:
•Bogie replacement & its maintenance, like Gear box oil top-up,
•Axle Bearing Inspection & wheel nomenclature
•Always insure LCF for axles lubrication & replacements of lateral, vertical dampers.
•Traction Motor Blowing & over-hauling.
•Battery top-up & its cell replacements
•Pantograph, (weight calibration & carbon strips replacement)
•Saloon Doors, (Testing & commissioning) also replacements
•Pneumatic & Brakes, daily inspections for BECU. (Pressure setting for FSB, EB)
•Car Body, like PEA, RD, PID, grab poles replacements, (interior & exterior)
•HVAC filter cleaning & replacement, coil cleaning \[checking for refrigerant leakage & B4 maintenance.
•PA & PIS- Announcement. (software updating by MCP, AVAU & trouble shooting)
• Ensuring the Rolling stock log and records - FRACAS & RAMS report.
•Preparation and circulation of daily and monthly PM reports.
•Working in Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of Rolling stock
•Preventive maintenance - from A- check to C1 checks.
•Working on all type of Rolling stock mainline faults trouble-shooting and its route cause analysis & train testing on test track / mainline
•Handling 5S & Safety audits and ensuring compliance with their work orders.
•Carrying out required modifications in the equipment as per new HECP.
•Responsible for coordinating and controlling the maintenance & engineering activities on mainline and depot to minimize downtime.
•Reporting of faults, failures and incidents to various maintenance teams for required action and keeping logs of action taken.
•Coordination & Control of Maintenance and engineering activities that involve the working of special trains, track possessions, temporary isolation of equipment, isolation of the power supply system including third rail etc.
•To prepare a consolidated failure report with proper investigation and corrective action on daily basis.
•Certifying the Train fitness for passenger service upon the completion of Corrective/Preventive Maintenance works.
•Interface between all system maintenance supervisors and OCC for breakdown maintenance/rectifications.
•Provide mainline support for Rolling stock failures trains and also coordinate with different departments like AFC, E&M, TELECOM, PSY, CIVIL, SIGNALLING, FACILITY, ACS, P&M, OPERATIONS, TRACK etc. on their failures & rectification
•Keep a close coordination with maintenance staff/supervisors for fitness of respective systems and trains for operations.
•I also have experience on axillary vehicles for Preventive maintenance\{ hourly basis\] on depot euipments like Diseal shunter, Road rail vehicle, Fork lifts, CMV, Battery tractor etc.
collecting device (CCR) maintenance and height adjustments.
•Bogie and suspension systems with leveling mechanism.
•Working on AIRCON units & its cooling effect analysis.
•Saloon door testing and door geometry. \[sliding & plug-in\]
•TCMS event record and fault log analysis.
•Bogie & Traction motors over-hauling.
