Also, worked in the support environment under ITIL framework by contributing towards Service Strategy, Involved in Service Design and Transitioning of IT Services to support and managing the IT Operations (Incident, Problem Management) by adapting the Continual Improvement process. Managing a team of around 55 people including Systems engineers, Architects and Technical Project leaders.
