• Design new pigging Tools.
• Try to find out new ways to make tools smart and more efficient.
• Modify existing tools as per company maintained standards.
• Design other facilities which need for tool’s transportation, launching and receiving purpose.
• Make drawings of designed components and assemblies.
• Also generate drawings, if there any error or modifications and make revisions.
• Analyze components and structures according to the loads applied.
• Use ERP system to issue work order for production.
CAD operator and CAM programmer.
Responsible for all manufacturing related to CNC
