• Network Fault Management/Service Fault Management: 24/7 Tier 1 Support for Operation
and Maintenance of Kingdom wide STC Transmission Networks
• Planning and implementation of alternative route for traffic rerouting in case of
Transmission Problems.
• Coordination with different vendors and other concern departments to solve the issues at
earliest.
• Generate and follow up the Problem Reports until solution of problem.
• Defining and follow the SLA against each case, find out root cause, update the customer
as well as
• I have to run SDH and cable team to accomplish daily operation and maintenance tasks.
• Follow up with team members to complete the task within agreed SLA limits.
• I also provide 24/7 guidance and technical support to field staff.
• Service provisioning, configuration, coordination, testing and hand-over.

OTDR, Power Meters, Power Source, Optical Variable Attenuator and SDH Analyzers.
