* Lead the development of current and future process governance and analytics using
flowcharts/process maps, and detailed procedures recommending process changes.
* Controlling and monitoring cost-saving initiatives and monthly reporting it to CEO.
* Lead the cost-effectiveness and efficiency initiatives and report possibilities of enhancement.
* Kick off ACE (Al Safi continuous excellence) program.
* Conducting trainings and workshops modules for more than 300 attendances :
* Lean introduction and waste elimination, 10 sessions.
* OEE -Overall Equipment Effectiveness, 5 sessions.
* Basic problem solving -GSTD (Go See Think Do), 4 sessions
* Lean idea scheme board, 6 sessions.
* ACE team building and framework planning.
* Implementing utilities (Electricity, Water, and Fuel) consumption awareness program initiative.

* Monitor the shipping FG status by preparing daily reports as a part of Job rotation.
* Update material master data BOM in ERP system SAP.
* Review monthly WIP, FG, Raw and package inventory and compare ERP system SAP data
with physical data in order to reduce deviations.
* Measure the forecast accuracy by comparing actual demand with forecasted demand.
