1. Discussing with consultants and key accounts justifying price difference against competitors by promoting special product qualities and features. Discussing design with customers (consultants, owners or contractors).
2. Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants and contractors.
3. Sales duties (generating inquiries, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target).
4. Generate new project leads.
5. Maintain a database of all new and current projects & Customers.
6. Technical support on project sites.
7. Coordination between the client and service department to insure high quality service been delivered
1. Define project objectives and create schedules.
2. Track progress and review projects tasks to make sure certain deadlines are met.
3. Assess project issues and identify solutions.
4. Managing and supervising day to day works for (up to 25 workers).
5. Preparation and issuance of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
6. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly work plans according to site progress.
7. Quality checks on shop drawings and designs.
8. Handling invoices and purchasing orders.
Study products design, customer requirements & performance standards. Then determines project specifications, Presents cost estimates & technical studies. Designing of shop drawings and ensure its implementation at the site properly.

2. I do the HVAC design of different buildings.
3. Calculating of cooling and heating loads required for the buildings in concern using HAP & Block Load Softwares.
4. Select the suitable indoor and outdoor Air-Conditioning units (Split Inverter Air-Conditioning System & Central (VRF) Air-Conditioning System)
5. Design the duct drawings using Duct Sizer & AutoCAD Softwares.
6. Preparing the financial and technical offers in addition to Tenders documents.
7. Making Shop Drawings for the projects.
8. Supervision at the site to ensure the implementation properly.
9. Analyzing and resolving field construction issues and making a trouble shooting for many problems at the field by using service manuals.
10. Making presentations and seminars to introduce our products.
11. Responsible on the communications between us and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan for any inquires for our technical department.
(Part Time : 3 days a week)
1. Warehouses inspection to collect all details of sizes and storage requirements and follow-up the customer to give him the best design and quotation.
2. Design and making AutoCAD drawings of Racking System for storage systems.
3. Preparing the financial and technical offers in addition to Tenders documents.
4. Responsible for showroom and its warehouse in selling and customer service.
5. The Products of the company: storage systems, metal safes, file cabinets and clothes lockers (http://ayoubi.com/).
I trained in company as site Engineer on Mechanical Works: H-VAC system, drainage system, water system & fire fighting system (In Forensic Laboratories Department Dahyet Al-Yasmine).
First place winner in The Science Day of Engineering Department at The Hashemite University In my graduation project, I have built a remote controlled Airplane model ( design and execution ), And I have won the first place during my participation in the competition of scientific projects of the Engineering College, which was held in the eighth scientific day of the College of Engineering for the year of 2011/2012. Also I got a certificate of appreciation from the university (First Place Winner).
