RESPONSIBILITIES: I take a part of maintenance team, as an Sr. Electrical Technician/Supervisor now is responsible to carry out all activities under HSE compliance & SOP, s to ensure smooth operation & prevent downtime. Testing, commissioning, startup, PM, CM & faults finding of electrical systems & equipment's of plant, which includes but not limiting to the following:
 Gas Turbines 3 x 23.5 MW Rolls Royce (Generator-Peebles) at Plant Bhit Gas Field.
 Gas Engine Units 10 x 664 KW GE-Jenbacher (Generator-Stamford) at Wellheads for FEC.
 Emergency Diesel Generators 67 KVA to 1.8 MW (CAT, Cummins, Volvo).
 Switchgears: 11KV, 3.3KV & 415V (Areva) and 415V MCC (ABB).
 Breakers: Alstom VCB Trolley Type for 11KV Bus 3150A, Alstom Vacuum Contactors Trolley Type for 3.3KV Bus 3000A, ABB & Alstom ACB Draw able Type for MCC 415V 2500A.
 Protection Relays: For Generator Protection SR-489GE (Envervista), Feeders Management Relay P141 MICOM, Motor Management Relay P241 MICOM, Differential Relay MCAG34 AREVA, Motor Protection Relay Gemstart AREVA, E3Plus AB & UMC-22FBP ABB.

 Transformer: Siemens ONAN Type 11/3.3KV 8MVA, 11/.415KV 2MVA, 3.3/.415KV 1.6MVA.
 MV Motors: ABB 6.2 MW at 11 KV, Schorch 970 KW & ABB 315 KW at 3.3 KV.
 LV Motors: WEG, ABB, SIEMENS, Up to 250 KW at 415V and overhauling of LV Motors.
 VFDs & Soft Starter (Allen Bradley & ABB).
 RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) for communication interfacing with DCS (Areva).
 PLC (Allen Bradley Studio 5000, B&R Automation).
 UPS: GUTOR UPS 60KVA & 40KVA for plant and CONVEL UPS 7.5KVA for wellheads.
 DCP: GUTOR DCP 21.8 KVA & 17.4 KVA (for Substation 110V DC Power).
 Batteries: Lead Acid, Nickle Cadmium, Up to 200Ah, for UPS, DCP & Different Engines.

 Fuel Has Heater: 35KW/415V fuel gas heater thyristor control panel (EXHEAT).
 Lighting System: Lighting fixture emergency/non-emergency 2x18W/2x36W & Floodlights.
 Cables (Testing, Laying, Glanding, Connection & Disconnection of power and control cable).
 Workshop Equipment’s: Welding machine, Lath Machine, Drilling & Cutting Machine, etc.
 PA System.
 Physical Condition Monitoring of Electrical Equipment’s (I.e. Motors, Generators, Transformers, Switchgears, UPS & Other electrical equipment’s) through checklist job plans.
 Performed Relays Testing (Micom P241, P141 & MCAG-34) in Coordination to Schneider Electric Pakistan in Annual turnaround of Plant, using CMC-356 OMICRON.
 Performed Breaker Testing (Alstom VCB Trolley Type 11KV, 3150A) in Coordination to Schneider Electric Pakistan in Annual turnaround of Plant, using CPC-100 OMICRON, VIDAR and Circuit Breaker Analyzer Test set (GKC-H).
 Dielectric Testing of Transformer oil by utilizing dielectric tester, further coordinating with Vendor “Prescon” for DGA analysis from Doble USA.
 Participated in commissioning of Booster Compressor (GE SUPERIOR Gas Engine 12SGTD & Camron Compressor) at wellheads, Powered by Brushless Alternator to UCP.

Participated in installation & commissioning of GE Jenbacher Engine JGS312 664 KW Generator-Stamford, GE Switchgear-415V 1200A, MCC-415V ABB, UPS 7.5KVA CONVEL for FEC (front-end compression) CAT Engine 3612 & Arial Compressor JG4 at Wellheads.
Carried out small project like Installation of Solar Energy Systems 2.4-KW, 700 Ah Battery bank (24VDC) providing power supply to Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panel (Tyco, INTECH).
Participated in PM CM & ensure reliability of wellhead compression & Utility smooth operation

RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked as an electrical team member, Report to electrical engineer.
 participated in PM, CM and modification of electrical system & equipment’s of plant.
 Troubleshooting of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment’s such as breakers, transformer, generator, motors, relays, control & monitoring devices, other electrical equipment & taking corrective action according SOP to prevent downtime.
 Data up keeping in CMMS MAXIMO base system.
 Ensure the reliability of Ammonia, Urea, Bagging system & Utilities smooth operation.
