Verify export shipment expenses
Verify all local expenses, clearing and forwarding
expenses
Verify the conversion and yarn final accounts and
contract
Verify the payments of all creditors
Keep check on dyes & chemical store, stitching
store and fabrics godown.
Watch the process of yarn and fabrics.
Verify the salary wages and contractor’s payments.
To pursue order wise grey issuance to processing
and to ensure that the processing cost is
being followed by the export order.
The activity of grading of finished fabric (Fresh
fabric, short piece, B-grade) received from
processing is reviewed so that actual short or
gain of fabric should be evaluated.
Calculation of fabric of an article on cut size basis,
costing of sets etc. with additional
responsibility of auditing order wise CMT
payment.
On monthly basis stock taking of each department
(processing, grey, mending, store,
stitching store & others)
Complete verification of wages systems, new
appointment, Resigned persons & other
payroll system. “On Random basis verification of
Accounts Vouchers, Invoices, Shipment
documents, Exports documents etc.”.
Working as part of a team that is responsible for making sure that the flow of
Costs and revenues between the various projects, regions and people is accurately
accounted for and managed.
