•Development and Review of Baseline EPC Schedules followed by Look Ahead / Accelerated / Recovery Schedules (Up to required levels).
•Determine the Risks associated to the project and evaluate the risk impact on schedule using Primavera Risk Analysis.
•Procurement planning involving tracking of prequalification, technical approval and liaising with subcontractors for the manufacturing, onsite delivery and installation/erection of long lead specialist items and equipment.
•Determine the optimistic duration, manpower. Material and equipment for the Project and giving input to the estimation department for the calculation of preliminaries.
•Preparation of Resource histograms and S-Curves for monitoring, forecasting and control
•Determine the methodology for the execution of the Project.
•Preparation, Implementation & modification of Project Controls Procedures
•Monitoring and review of weekly, monthly reports and suggesting remedial actions and implementation of EVMS using Key Performance Indices (KPI)
•Maintain & communicate a hold status list on delayed project tasks.
•Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) Claims and discuss with client and consultant till approval.
• Liaise with Consultant / Client & Sub-Contractors at all levels.
•Be fully aware of Contract Requirements especially well versed with the conditions of FIDIC.
•Fully conversant with the principles, guidelines and suggestions of “The Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol”. Complete understanding of various delay analysis techniques.
•Development of Baseline Schedule and Tender Schedule after complete study of contracts, drawings and other documents.
•Determine the methodology for the execution of the Project.
•Updating of schedule based on achieved progress, highlighting critical activities and forecasting date of completion.
•Monitoring and reviewing of weekly, monthly reports and suggesting remedial actions.
•Implementation of Earned Value Management System using Key Performance Indices (KPI).
•Preparation of various management reports like project review presentation, efficiency, and schedule performance index.
•Coordination with all stakeholders, especially subcontractors to track and control their performance.
•Preparation of schedule & budget forecasts for ongoing projects, And Ensuring the cash flow is as per planned schedule and revise as the project evolves.
•Preparing extension of time claim.
•Mitigate risk by adopting recovery strategies for any identified project delays.
•Coordination with Consultant / Client & Sub-Contractors at all levels.
•Developing, Monitoring and Updating of Baseline Schedule and Computing Variances and suggesting remedial actions.
•Development of Baseline schedule after review and study of contract documents, drawings and bill of quantities.
•Determine the optimistic duration, manpower, material and equipment for the Project.
•Enterprise Resource Planning and generating craft-wise and overall Manpower Histograms and Progress S-Curves.
•Determine the methodology for the execution of the Project.
•Risk identification and risk response planning.
•Monitoring and Updating of Baseline Schedule and Computing Variances and suggesting remedial actions.
•Monitoring project execution and evaluating Performance using Earned Value Management System.
•Tracking and Controlling Submissions of Drawings, Material & Sub-Contractors and follow up with Consultant / Client.
•Analyzing variance and reviewing trends/projection to identify potential delays.
•Coordination and conducting with subcontractors and suppliers and organize the site meetings.
•Attending Progress Meetings with Client / Consultant.
•Preparation of Extension of Time Claims (EOT), Recovery and Contingency Plans.
