• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Pentagon Real Estate's business objectives, focusing on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Learning & Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy to enhance employee skills and capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
• Training Program Management: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and initiatives to address skill gaps and development needs across the organization, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and technical training.
• Leadership Development: Identify high-potential employees and design leadership development programs to nurture and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process, sourcing and attracting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
• Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee development and growth.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, recognition, and retention, ensuring a positive employee experience and high levels of job satisfaction.
• HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of HR and L&D programs, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
