Responsible for Engineering/application support to conduct end-user training and troubleshooting of day-to-day complaint management and customer satisfaction related to products and instrument technical. Demonstrate clear product/technology expertise to confidently serve as the field-based expert to train Labs professionals.
Show interests in new business opportunities by initiating, developing unique solutions that result in improved outcomes.

Install Invitro molecular diagnostics instruments and validate nucleic acid extraction kits, COVID-19 (SARS nCoV2) RT PCR kit, and another routine ELISA & PCR-based diagnostics test kits.
Install and validate new IgE mediated allergies tests (ALEX) and IgG-mediated food Intolerance test (FOX) from MADx, Austria.
Support strategic direction in achieving milestones and troubleshot problems whatsoever occurred from basic troubleshooting to advance level. Supported productive working relationships and offered support to team members.
Responsible for Installation and validation of nucleic acid extraction Instruments and kits from TAN-Bead, Taiwan, Uni-Medica extraction, and COVID-19 PCR Kits, China. Enhanced the Diagnostics & Life Science consumables Sales 3-fold through Technical Sales from 2021
