• Having good expertise on E-Mirsal 2 (Preparation of all type of Declaration & DP World payments )
• Custom related work like Customs Inspection, Document submission and all type of PRO work with Customs.
• Creating Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in SAP
• Warehouse management like stock control and Inventory Audit, using FIFO technique.
• Coordination with sales department and arranging deliveries all over UAE accordingly.
• Containers loading and labour control.
• Handling warehouse operation independently and track all incoming/outgoing goods.

• Dealing Procurement Operation
• Keep in touch with Exporters until the consignment reached the final destination
• Ensure the safe delivery of consignments from the shipper to our Warehouse.
• Safety office in Warehouse and representative to EHS as well.
• Managing EHS inspections and OFC renewal.
At home in supply chain procedures and practices of Pharmaceuticals API’s
Having complete knowledge about incoterms e.g. CNF, CFR, CIF, CIP, FOB, Ex work.
International Correspondence and verifications of all import documents like as Invoice, Packing list, COA, Form 3, Form 7, AWB/ BL, Certificate of Origin
Fully responsible to deal with clients (Importer) and suppliers (Exporter)
Familiar with International Trade Laws like as SAFTA, SAPTA, FTA
To make sure the authenticity of Manufacturer to the International Standards like as ISO, WHO, GMP, USFDA, MOH etc
Negotiation with shipping agencies and airlines for freight purpose
Ensure the safe delivery of consignments from the shipper to end customer
Provide Online tracking detail of consignment for customer reference
Dealing with all client banks for opening letter of credit.

I have done B.Com(HONS) from Hailey College of Commerce, it's a 16 years eduction and recommended equivalent to Masters Degree by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
